After becoming licensed, she gained the mentorship of Alex Matevosian, a seasoned expert in the commercial real estate space.

Under his guide, Gabby gained valuable insights into the commercial side of the business, developing an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities it presented. Sean Sears

Sean Sears is an industrial agent at MIG Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc specializing in Industrial properties. Prior to joining the firm, he founded and was the managing partner of Blackseeds LLC, a boutique commercial real estate company which focused on investment sales. To date he has evaluated and underwritten over 171 properties, personally executed the sale of over 98 transactions, and sold over 313,000 square feet of existing property with an aggregate value of approximately $337 million dollars and a total of 1.75 million buildable square feet.

Before starting Blackseeds, Sean was a director at CPEX Real Estate where he led a team of dedicated sales professionals focused on the generation and execution of mixed-use properties. While at CPEX Sean provided advisory, acquisition, and transactional services to commercial real estate owners, not-for- profit institutions, business owners, families, and individuals, including sales, joint ventures, and long-term leases. Prior to being the director of the Mixed-use team at CPEX, he was the associate director of the development and conversion sales team where he and his team earned the recognition of Costar (2018) “Power Brokers”.

Sean previously held several positions including residential broker at Citi Habitats/ Corcoran, and Preston Properties in NYC. In these positions, he completed a wide variety of lease and sales transactions for condominiums, co-operatives, town houses, art galleries, and office space. Sean also spent time as a proprietary equity trader for a select group of boutique trading firms, and still owns and invests in real estate in the US, Latin America, and South America. When Sean is not practicing real estate, he enjoys traveling, reading, tennis, ping pong, pool, valley ball, comedy clubs, and hiking.
